Office Hours for Life's What-Ifs

One dedicated hour to ask questions, knock out tasks, and feel truly supported — so the people who matter most to you are protected, no matter what life brings.

One hour. Real progress. Genuine peace of mind.  Each session is yours to use exactly as you need it. Come with a specific question, a stack of documents, or just a desire to get started.

Here's what's available to you.

1. Document & Organize Work through the actual paperwork — wills, health directives, insurance, financial records, digital accounts, final wishes and more. We chunk it down into bite-sized pieces so progress feels real and achievable every single session.

2. Ask Your Questions No question is too basic, too morbid, or too complicated. From "where do I even start?" to "what does a fiduciary actually do?" — this is a judgment-free space to get clear on what you need to know, explained in plain language.

3. Feel Supported & Confident There's something powerful about having an experienced guide in your corner — someone who has worked with attorneys, financial planners, health care teams, and estate professionals, and can help you understand how it all connects to your life.

4. Build Your Protection Plan Session by session, you build something real: a documented, organized life plan that means someone could truly step in and help — whether that's tomorrow or decades from now. That's not just paperwork. That's love made practical.

5. Navigate Life Transitions Job change, new baby, marriage, divorce, aging parents, business ownership — every transition reshapes your plan. The Ready Room is a standing resource to revisit, update, and stay current as life evolves.

6. Accountability That Sticks Knowing you have a session scheduled is one of the most powerful motivators there is. The Ready Room gives you a recurring dedicated space — so this doesn't keep getting pushed to next month, next year, someday.

Let's be honest, life gets in the way, I get it. There are reasons we put this on the back burner.

1. It feels too big to start Estate plans, health care directives, financial accounts, final wishes, business succession — the list feels endless before you've even begun. When a task feels enormous, the natural response is to wait until you have "enough time." That moment rarely arrives.

2. The topic is emotionally heavy Thinking about illness, incapacity, or not being here requires us to sit with uncomfortable feelings. It's not avoidance — it's human. But the love behind this work? That's also very human. Doing it is one of the most caring things you can do for the people in your life.

3. You don't know where to begin "What do I even do first?" Without a guide, the whole thing can feel like a maze. Documents? Attorneys? Digital accounts? Insurance? The pieces all matter — but nobody teaches us how they fit together in plain language.

4. You think you need to do it all at once You don't. Not even close. Progress — even small progress — is protection. One task completed this week means one less burden for someone you love later.

The Ready Room is Simple by Design

There's no complicated intake process. No pressure to have everything figured out before you arrive. Just show up — and we'll start from exactly where you are.

Step 1 — Reserve Your Hour  Each month, I'll host two sessions. Sessions are held online, so you can join from anywhere — home, office, or wherever life has you that day. Come to one or both - whatever fits your schedule.

Step 2 — Come As You Are  Bring a question, a document, a worry, or just curiosity. There's no homework required. I'll be here for you. exactly where you are without judgment.

Step 3 — Work Through It Together You'll talk, organize, document, and get clear on next steps. By the end of your hour, something will be done — and that feeling is everything.
Step 4 — Leave Feeling Accomplished You'll finish with clarity, progress, and a clear sense of what's next. Return as often as you'd like — each session helps you build upon what you'd like to accomplish.

My husband and I invested in The Living Planner and I also had multiple private conversations with Lynn about our lives, concerns, and goals. I was blown away by Lynn's knowledge, all of the questions in The Living Planner, and her gentle encouragement to get our "life plan" together so we could be at peace and know that everything would be taken care of if something happened to one of us. Lynn takes the stress out of life planning and she also ensures that you don't leave ANY stones unturned! I highly recommend Lynn as a caring professional who is exceptional in her field."

Working with Lynn Lambrecht at The Living Planner was one of the smartest decisions I’ve made for my family’s future. I had been putting off contingency planning because it felt overwhelming and, frankly, uncomfortable—but Lynn made the entire process thoughtful, clear, and manageable. She took the time to fully understand my personal and business affairs, identified gaps I hadn’t considered, and guided me through documenting everything in a way that was tailored to our needs. The process was efficient, professional, and surprisingly easy. Now everything is organized and ready, and I have real peace of mind knowing my family won’t be left scrambling if something happens to me. I can’t recommend Lynn and The Living Planner enough—worth every penny.

Let's Get Living

Preventative strategies are my passion. Tough topics are tough. Reality informed me and Compassion drives me :)

How do you prepare and cope with a sudden diagnosis, an accident or loss of life? OR cope with business impact due to natural disaster, regulatory, technological, and/or human factors?

I was a 30-year global aviation professional who witnessed the aftermath and handled details for specific families impacted by aviation emergencies on a large scale as a volunteer emergency team member in aviation.

After working at crash sites and assisting these families, my world changed, too. I hadn’t realized how complicated it was to handle the administrative details we take care of daily while we’re living.

Life changes and evolves as we grow through it! We encounter new experiences through transitions like job changes, moves, new relationships, babies, all the way to retirement – so many factors to consider along the way.

This picture is a reminder of my visit to Antarctica, the seventh of seven continents on my quest to see a sunrise and sunset in every continent!

The journey of life is amazing! Making a little up-front time to address life's "administrative side" can prevent so much heartache down the road and open us up to all the possibilities ahead!
